ABOUT ME
I love talking and have lots of words to use up every day! I have retired from nursing after 35 years in various roles and I am a confident happy communicator. I am now authorised as part of Celebrants Scotland to conduct legal weddings anywhere in Scotland. For every couple married a tree is planted by Celebrants Scotland.
Family and friends mean everything to me and I have 3 smashing grown up children that still keep me on my toes. My childhood sweetheart and husband of 32 years is a tower of strength and support. And most importantly … is my 5 year old jet black cockapoo named Frida (after the artist).
Pottery is my hobby and we run a small business selling at farmers markets and craft fayres. I have a passion for reading, singing, keep fit classes, running, cooking and movies of lots of genres.
If I sound like your kind of celebrant I can guarantee I will create you and your loved one a bespoke ceremony encompassing heart felt vows and new or old rituals. It is your special day so once we get to know each other I can develop a ceremony that reflects your personalities and love for each other. I am happy to do the biggest traditional or modern weddings, or alternative smaller ones on the beach or at your home. Alternatively at the top of the mountain with our stunning Scottish scenery (and weather!).

I offer any of the current rituals that are 'on trend' , handfasting, sand stories , drinking from the quaich and ring warming. I am happy to research and incorporate any others that are less well known or particular to your culture.
